Where and when do online courses take place?

All courses happen online at Skilltransfer and you can move through the online video lectures at your own pace.

Can anyone sign up for a course?

You do not need a formal qualification to take our online courses. You might need to have reached a specific stage in your business for some courses but we tell you this on the course information page, in the requirements section.

How many courses can I take?

You can take as many online courses as you want.

Can I leave an online course?

Yes, but once you decided to take an online course you are strongly advised to complete it. After all, you registered for a reason.

I am interested in courses on subjects that are not yet covered by Skilltransfer. Will more courses be available?

We constantly add more online courses to our catalogue. To stay informed, please keep coming back to our site and follow us on social media. You can also suggest online courses you would like see on Skilltransfer in the future. Simply write us through the contact box above.

How much time should I expect to devote to each course?

The lenght of each online course is presented on the course information page. Moreoever, it is advised to plan additional time for working through the action steps and join the conversation in the course relevant Facebook Group.

How do I receive a refund for a course?

Under UK law, you may have the right to cancle or request a refund under certain circumstances. Please review our refund policy.

Can more than one person share a Skilltranfer account?

No. As our terms and conditions state, you cannot let anyone else use your Skilltransfer account. Should we detect account sharing activities, we will immediately remove your account from our website and also remove you from our Facebook Group(s).

I cannot sign into the website

If you are having problems signing in to your Skilltransfer account, then first make sure that caps lock is turned off. This is important because all passwords are case-sensitive. If you are sure that you are using the right password but still cannot sign in, then please reset your password. If you still cannot sign up, then please contact our support team for assistance at

How do I delete my profile?

Email us at, using the email address your account is registered to and we will delete the account for you.

When will I receive my Certificate of Achievement?

Once you completed the online course, you will automatically receive a Certificate of Achievement. We do not test your knowledge. We think today’s business world is about collaboration, discussion, and problem solving, not passing exams.

What forms of payment do you accept?

At present, we are only able to accept payments made by credit card.

Is the payment system secure?

Yes, we use the payment gateway Stripe for all our transactions. Your card details are transmitted entirely securely and in addition, all of our pages are served securely over SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).

In which currencies do you accept payment?

Can I become an online course instructor at Skilltransfer?

Yes, please read this information. If you are interested in becoming a course instructor, then please send us a written proposal at, outlining the intended course curriculum and length.
